Attorney Barbara Tennille Newsome is a 2004 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law in Lexington, Kentucky.  She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Morehead State University, in Morehead, Kentucky where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1999.
